3. Credit Cards Payment

Credit card transactions have maximum order limit of USD 500,00 per transaction and minimum of USD 150,00. Name of the receiver of goods has to be the same as the credit card holder's.

4. Shipping

We have only one shipping method: Registered airmail. All packages are shipped in a very discreet way. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (always included in the S&H-charges). Shipments are made from different European countries.

5. Purchasing Terms

To order the products or services from us you have to be at least 18 years of age. Pro-Heaven.biz takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchase and the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped: at the full risk of the purchaser in agreement of holding Pro-Heaven.biz reserved towards any legal action that might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.

Prices are subjected to change according to the International currency rates and changes in cost prices without any further notice.

Availability of the products is subjected to change without any further notice.

Order cancellations after the payment has been processed are not accepted.

After you will purchase you will receive electronic bill. Save it!

6. Delivery of Products

We will deliver the ordered goods to the address given by you at the time you have made your order. Orders paid with credit card can only be shipped to cardholders billing address.

We will try to deliver your goods within 10-18 business days but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates that we give you for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, by the Postal Service, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering of the goods to you, unless caused by our negligence. 

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. Once the goods have been delivered we no longer have any responsibility for any loss or damage of the goods.

We do not ship credit card orders to P.O.Boxes/APO/FPO adresses for the NEW, UNVERIFIED clients.

7. Return Policy

Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, it is important that you contact us by e-mail to inform us of your intention and reasons for doing so.

In the case of goods arriving to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace your order.

8. Refund Policy
Before canceling card transaction for whatever reasonn, it is important that you contact us by e-mail to inform us of your intention and reasons for doing so.

We allow 24 hours  refund period when customer can cancel an order and claim back its money from us.

In case of damaged or expired goods or non-delivery we offer free reshipment or refund. This is to be negotiated between us and a customer, although final decision is to be taken by customer.

In cases of loss, damage or delay  due to an incorrect delivery address being provided to us a refund cannot be offered.

9. Liability

If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be misdelivered and/or returned to sender. Pro-Heaven.biz, Postal Service and other couriers are not responsible for loss or theft of shipments after confirmed delivery to the address specified by the customer.

If you do not receive the purchased goods within 30 days of the date on which you have ordered them, you must notify us in writing at our contact address within 40 days of the date on which you have ordered the goods.
If the delivered goods are not what you have ordered, or are damaged or defective prior to the point of delivery, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, and provided that you have notified us accordingly within 14 days of delivery, our only obligation, at your option, will be: тАв to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or тАв to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective.
